By accessing or using UFO Spotter (mobile app, website, or related services), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

UFO Spotter is a collaborative network for recording, sharing, and consulting reports of unidentified aerial phenomena (UAP/UFO), with community and documentary organization.

The service does not promise proof of extraterrestrial origin, scientific validation, or veracity of any published report. UAP/UFO reports are community contributions, not official confirmations of unknown origin.

Access may be performed via Google or Apple. You are responsible for keeping account access secure and for activity performed through it.

In the community, the main public identity is your codename, not necessarily your legal name or email.

Reports, comments, photos, videos, PDFs, and other submitted materials are your responsibility. By submitting content, you declare that you hold the rights needed to share it and that you will not publish media without usage rights.

Content approved by moderation may be publicly displayed to other users. Do not publish third-party personal data without consent.

Using UFO Spotter to publish or promote the following is prohibited:

• Intentionally false or misleading content
• Spam or unauthorized advertising
• Hate speech or incitement to violence
• Harassment, bullying, or threats
• Explicit adult content
• Unnecessary graphic violence
• Third-party personal data without consent
• Illegal content or content that violates third-party rights
• Media without usage rights or proper attribution
• Malicious use of the app (abusive automation, moderation bypass, etc.)

Reports may be reviewed before publication. Content may be removed, rejected, or restricted at any time, with or without prior notice, when it violates these terms or internal policies.

Reports are reviewed by the team or automated processes. Accounts may be limited or suspended in cases of repeated or severe abuse.

Reports are community contributions, not official statements from UFO Spotter. The app does not guarantee veracity, extraterrestrial origin, scientific explanation, or interpretation of any sighting.

You should interpret content critically and verify independent sources when relevant.

The UAP Archive may include indexed articles, documents, and records from external sources. When available, sources are attributed. UFO Spotter does not necessarily endorse all external content presented.

Current benefits include, among others:

• Ad-free app experience while the subscription is active
• Media downloads without interstitial or rewarded ads

The subscription is renewable and charged by Google Play or the App Store. Cancellation and refunds are managed directly in the store where the subscription was purchased. Purchase restore functionality is available as supported by the platform.

Elite benefits may evolve; relevant changes will be communicated as required by stores or applicable law.

Free users may see ads, including banners, interstitials, and rewarded ads. Rewarded ads may be shown to unlock media downloads without an Elite subscription.

Ads may be removed with an active Elite subscription, subject to store rules and account status. Ad availability may vary by platform.

UFO Spotter is provided "as is", without warranties of continuous availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

We are not liable for decisions, actions, or interpretations made based on reports or third-party content available in the service, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You can request account deletion at /en/delete-account. Violations of these terms may result in content removal, restriction, or account termination.

We may update these Terms of Use. The last updated date will be revised at the top of this page. Continued use after changes may constitute acceptance of the updated version.
