- Session expired, authentication error, or blocked access
Elite subscription
- Purchase not reflected - try Restore purchases in the app (Profile -> Settings -> Elite)
- Benefits: ad-free experience in the app and media downloads without ads
- Cancellations and refunds are handled by Google Play or the App Store, not in the app
Restore purchase
- Open Profile -> Settings -> Elite / Subscription -> Restore purchases
- Use the same Google or Apple account used to purchase the subscription
- If the issue persists, email support with your store account email
Cancel subscription
- Android: Google Play -> Payments and subscriptions -> Subscriptions
- iOS: Settings -> Apple ID -> Subscriptions
- Canceling in the store does not automatically delete your app account
Reports and moderation
- Report under review - moderation may take some time
- Reports are reviewed by the team; repeated abuse can limit accounts
- Removed content - check whether it violates the Terms of Use
